i dont know anything about revert characters, but there is my gueses. Revert!Horror, is basically horror before he got insane(undyne followed sans plan, or core broke, but sans hadnt become insane). Or, its just sans undertale, that remembered times when he was horror, so basically there was a reset, but he remembers every thing. Revert dust, is bassicaly dust before he killed all monsters, but he had know about resets.(so basically dust sans but he hadnt killed anyone yet). Or, its dust sans after he killed frisk, tooked his soul and reseted timeline, but he remembered past. Revert!Killer, is bassically killer, before he accepted charas deal(or after he did, but he still hadnt killed anyone). Or, Killer after genocide run, but chara kept her promises, and reseted, but still leaved sans with his memory about his genocide route. Revert!Insanity, is bassicaly insanity, he have determination cuz of experiment, but hadnt killed any one yet(or maybe he still somehow sane). Or, its insanity, after he reseted, but still remembered everything, but decided not to do his geno route again. As i said, its all my gueses, but if im right at least at something, that would be great.

You could make in this remaster in phase 2 that Frisk child's Revert!dust as Killer!Tale Chara Slash's everyone. Than Sans on phase 2.5 absorbs Frisk soul which in turn absorb Revert!Horror and Revert!Killer. (I forgot about Revert insanity) What happens next is your decision. (I recommend not making a complete copy of MTT but your on thing)

Horror: teleported alway to his house the moment he was hit by undyne. Papyrus healed him but the scar remained Murder/Dust: is from the pacifist end of Dusttale (he was sent here before frisk could break the barrier) Killer: accepted the deal but actually didn't kill anybody (accepted only for the power to have a chance against Chara)

if you guys dont know revertdust is a au that happened in dusttale a pacifist route happene in that au and dust sans and frisk/chara made a deal to not do the genocide route again but then the human got bored and started the genocides routes again sans remembered his past as dust sans and did the same thing but he is weaker then dust sans
