Watching Mike Sarne looking awkward and taking the piss throughout are worth the price of admission.

Sorry. Not a good film. Disjointed, poor screenplay (seems like there was no screenplay), not amusing, badly directed. The locations showed England in the worst possible light. Even these cream of the crop actors couldn't save this amateurish film (I assume this movie was a dreadful flop at the box office).

Biba documentary guided me here, that and my unquenchable curiosity towards nostalgic movie content. Only wish I could decipher English dialect better. LOL The female lead characters remind me of Laverne and Shirley.

I saw this on TV sometime in the mid ’70’s and didn’t know what to make of it. I watched it again recently and found it both outrageously funny and brilliantly satirical. Made by a great team.

Similar to the Undertones, Irish bands had the knack for writing the most amazing catchy pop tunes. I wish tyhat there was a compilation as all of my dogs singles got destroyed in a fire :(

'Too Much' was based on an actual shop called 'Biba' in Kensington, London. Biba's meteoric success is a delicious, though ultimately tragic, story of 60s - 70s fashion retail.

🇬🇧 I worked in 5th Avenue, Regent St, and D H Evans in Oxford Street as a window dresser in 1968. I loved Biba. Onslow, Irenie Handle . Who played the 'posh' chap in the bubble bathroom scene ? Can't think of his name. Did he play Bertie Worcester ? 🍸🍾💚🌈🎉⭐️♥️🎉🫖💜👩🏻🩵💚 Ps. I didn’t think much of the film . Ps. I didn’t go to any 'funny' parties, or take any strange substances . Pps. I did have a dance with Shaw Taylor at ITV studios though.

Loved watching this movie. My favourite though is A Taste of Honey. I actually met Rita T walking in Mayfair about 25 or more years ago. I spotted her and followed her 😂 just so I could tell her how amazing I think she is and that a TOH is my fav film. She was so nice to me. She was going into a house, I think that is where she lived. It made my day to see her.

I wonder why the great Bruce Lacey (the guy who built the incredible robots and plays "Clive Sword") is conspicuous by his absence in the end credits.

Okay folks I just noticed that somebody posted some query about my age. Date of birth 14th of September 1945. I am actually 78 years of age. It's funny what some people have concerns about and I would advise them to get a dog and take up knitting And I can tell you are I'll get it together to let you know the clip that I m in. Also Rita Tushingham was really lovely but Lynn Redgrave was a bit snotty. And the deal is as I've told you my age please keep it to yourself. I actually was in a film also with Susan George and Michael York. If you're interested I'll let you know
