I didnt find a comment about the type of paper that u used, it was just simple or termal paper? I just took the wire of the stator and I saw there was a burned paper inside but from what I've read it is termal, I guess I cannot use for a long time the angle grinder if I use simple paper, guess it will get damage in time easily.

Sir is it safe to instal this type of variable speed same amos rating switch in a fixed single speed drill ( I have a Hitachi vtp 13 ) old model drill

yes it is totaly safe if you are able to install because this switch doesn’t fix in hitachi drill if you able to do that then go for it.
