If you are a support main in League of Legends (looks that way) - I recommend you to grind Octavia and Citrine. Those two absolutely rock as support frames. You can sometimes farm the schematics for them in Duviri Spiral. You have to do Duviri Paradox quest first but it's not that complicated and the level and mods on your main frame don't matter in Duviri. Duviri Spiral is a good thing to do if you don't play Warframe too much. You can farm there schematics for the frames you want, you can farm mods and also achievements for Sindicates. And you get to try all those frames and weapons completely for free and you decide what you like to farm later in the core game. Duviri is like another reality that doesn't really affect your main game except when you get something there as a reward and this gets unlocked in the main game too. Just enter Duviri Spiral as a public game (you set that up on the top bar) when there's a frame you are interested in. You have the time till the end of the week, then the frames to unlock change and progress gets reset. Also even if Duviri Spiral has frames you don't want - you can still play and then sell the schematics for credits or platinum. As far as Mag goes, what you mainly go for is a melee weapon with good range (Lecta is a good choice IMO), a rifle and in mods you want ability range, energy, shields, health and energy efficiency. A Mag that can spam her abilities can really help her team in a tough situation. It's a very useful frame to have.
