If youre stil leveling, farm this demon, then move up to the Black Dragons, then finally if youre basically done with the game, just equipt Gabels Glasses and Summon Hound + Time Stop and go kill one of the mini bosses on repeat. Pick your poison. If you stop time, then summon the hound, it will keep doing tick damage. It can also get you easy boss medals on NG+.
