I think for physical damage it would be pangu, for elemental magic damage it would be queen mother. Lingbao has a overall good strength and it is easy to use.

Those are scrolls that you can buff yourself but you also got some negative effects. They also have some passive buffs. They would be unlocked after you beat all DLC3 main missions.
