What if I’m afraid I can’t afford others? I’m on SSI… and if I get rid of things that I want to, I don’t know if I can replace them with new clothes.

@@juliamaloney7119 why don’t you start saying out loud and writing, for example, i want a new or slightly used pair of Hoka or Nike shoes. Look at and visualize you’re wearing the thing you desire. Imagine it with your eyes closed and see you having if now. The key is to see it and feel thrr we feelings you’ll have when you get it. Now if you’re keeping things as clutter because you might need it one day, when did you use it last? You have to get rid of things you’re not using, as I said.

This is a wonderful topic my question is, how do you address your spouses stuff around the house? My husband wants his items in certain places of the house but refuses to clean the garage of his junk. Does this vacuum only apply to our things?

Good question Sylvia! No the Universe will fill a space that you've cleaned out. If you clear clutter and you have a clear idea of what you want then take some action and let go of the result. Great work.

@@wonderwoman745 hi I'm sorry I missed your message. When you are in grief, that is a dense low vibe energy. I would recommend that you start using EFT to tap out your emotions so you can shift your energy quickly. Make sure to grieve and cry and do everything you can to process your emotions. Then your task is to tap out your emotions as you feel low. I follow Brad Yates and Gala Darling for EFT. Good luck. I'm making more videos now.

Sylvia - one more thing: it takes 90 seconds for an emotion to move from thought to the body. You ride that wave and breathe when it's a negative or limiting thought. The more you do that then the faster you move energy.

Dear Racoon Eyes, you get to choose how you go through ANY adverse situation or circumstance in life, what will you choose? Think about it this way, there's either love or fear. What would love do in your situation (how would you act in the energy of love or the energy of fear? What will you choose?

I want to give few tips that may help. Since I assume you have your own room, treat it like a cool spot you would live in if your fam was not there. This will get you excited and will tell the “universe” or whatever that you are ready for your own space. Often toxic families are not trying their best and often are legitimate nasty people. I strongly urge you to treat your family coldly and courteously. Be curt and businesslike to show them your feelings and well-being matter too. It will also show that your distaste for them and their behavior is real and clear. I think when people get colder towards toxic overbearing awful people, the awful people often pullback which will bring you some peace. I think these tips will help.

Wonderful wise, clear advice Sherold. I started de-cluttering soon after I started doing "Morning Pages" last Dec. Soon after, I started really feeling the un-needed stuff in my home I hadn't even noticed before. Went on a rampage and the more I let go, the more free I felt and loved doing it!! And you are right, it has to be an ongoing process and for me that part is fun too. Somehow doing the writing gave me clarity.
