@@paulstanford3063 Hey, what's happening in Paul?I appreciate the compliment . as far as chassis goes.If you go back to my new beginning's video.When I bought the Patriot about 2 years ago I only bought it because it was the cheapest 695 VS 850 pretty much.They're all the same to me pick what you like... If you've been here long enough you know I was a traxxas guy lol

Was at garlits today doing test hit on mew system. What is full prep? Dry tires on the run area was slick as snot today. Are yall applying something sticky to the black run area?

@@chandlerbass60 There. Are 10th scale based off short course .. rear 2 wheel drive 2s battery.. Carbon fiber chassis 4 Pole motors . a lot of companies that make these ,GFRP, custom works, 5 star, R1 if you like to look into them.

I’m on r1 this year, only been to the one race, how can I put my r1 to work for dry tire, I’m trying to get the itch again to run my car.

Yes, I have V1 Patriot set up for dry tire.Basically, you're gonna have to turn the motor timing down.Change the valving in your front shocks or oil and maybe move that battery back a little bit to help the weight transfer.Any help I can give , let me know..

Congratulations again dave on the win.hey are u still using radio to control more in alternet curve over the esc setting. I raced this week end and got stuck i've never seen u get stuck a little help in the tire prep.would help my friend.

@@patrachau7195 pat, I'm with you man learning every time we go out. That might be it, but I'm going with the extra people. The s*** builds up quick. As you know, try lowering your wheelbar. If you have not already supported the wheelie bar with a long rod Do that also.

For real question, how does some one who can’t seem to ever get out to go race or practice to keep going in this hobby. I feel like o just want to sell everything and be done with it all. I’ve bent to one race this whole year and missed chips after waiting a whole year

@@1980chardison It really depends if you have a good location and a group of guys that want to hang out and chill that's what it'll keep it alive, then of course, making time and having the funds to get to bigger races, that's what I'm working towards too. It can be tough trust. Me, 5 years I've been at this s***
