Universal Soldier is basically Turrican. It uses the same game engine and gameplay mechanics. The only thing is that is different is the name itself and the sprites and graphics were altered.

I grew up with Nintendo and those game are really hard. I see people on here play through the games and say they're not that hard, but they'll be like "people say this part is hard but, oh, I just happen to stumble upon all these tricks and glitches and cheat codes while playing for the first time and, look, not hard." And then these people claim they figured out every boss strategy first try. Obviously these KZbinrs are lying and they go straight to Gamefaqs or something before even touching the games.

This game was done by soab! Today, I have a big smile knowing that Konami disappeared from the video game landscape!

FINAL FIGHT 2 and KNIGHTS OF THE ROUND and KING OF DRAGONS and of course TMNT 4 TURTLES IN TIME and BATTLETOADS IN BATTLEMANICS all awesome BEAT EN UPS

The Cliffhanger Edward Randy! If you are looking for it in your MAME list its called 'edrandy'. Its awesome. Sort of James Bond meets Indiana Jones and Lupin the 3rd.

I was relatively young when I got my NES(probably like 5, 6, 7), but would occasionally go back to it while growing up, and I only beat a small minority of the games I had, and if I could beat them, I just assumed they must be super easy, because the standard of difficulty felt so high(same with many SNES games.) Games like SMB1, Duck Tales, um...um...there's gotta be more. Lol. I actually can't even remember what other NES games I had. I got close to beating SMB3, but even then it was only because of how much I loved that game, which allowed me to play it for hours and hours. Even the SNES games I had. I beat all the DKC games but again I loved that series so I never considered them particularly "hard." I got to the last boss on Castlevania 4 a ton of times, but never beat Dracula. Same with the second to last boss on the second playthrough of Super Ghouls n' Ghosts that you had to beat in like 12 seconds with that shitty bracelet weapon(actually, for the longest time I never even knew that the second playthrough was different than the first. And even after I learned that, I didn't know there was another boss after the boss of the last world.)

I know this ain't right. Double Dragon is the best game ever.

3:07 🤣🖕 jim I remember 9 year old me reaching that reset part and it did confused the fuck out of me a god damn huge wtf moment like mgs psycho mantis boss fight so I started looking everywhere in the stage for something to interact like a computer a lever a switch or anything to proceed finishing the stage and then started pressing every button on the controller one at the time then combining them until I was just button smashing and stil refusing to press the reset button on the console and telling my self no way the game wants me to press that reset button especially knowing it restarts the damn game so out of frustration I turned off the console✌️yes twice so on my 3rd attempt I finally pressed the reset button🤯😳😐😠😤😡🤬😖😮‍💨🙂🖕fuck you jim well at the moment I was cursing whoever was responsible adding this type of method to proceed in a game but I loved playing it and haven't for years so ty now I'm gonna play it again and get a couple more grey hairs but at least I'm gonna be able to save my progress this time around
