From Wolvega, Frisia. Tom Holkenborg (JunkieXL) was briefly a member. The superior demo of No Way To Go got national airplay - the studio releases not so much... They had a marimba in the band.

Thank you so fucking much for this! I had this and an ep from this album. Seen the at Hammerjacks for a show where their record label was checking their performance and I think that they decided not to back them up for the next album. I heard through the webs that it is out there. I remember WCVT playing their Here Today material. As angelbock said, Zero (usually spelled as ZerØ), Finis Africæ and Tokyo are great bands. Try to listen to Hojerizah, Cabine C, Kafka, Arte No Escuro, Ethiopia, 5 Generais, Heróis da Resistência, Hanoi-Hanoi... All from the 80s and post-punk/new wave/gothic sounds.

I have been around for only 13 years in my life as of right now, I have listened to many song, bands, and albums in my lifetime and there are still so many more for me to listen to. But if I ever had a top 10 most favorite albums AND bands, it'd be this album and band right here. This is gold, this album will be the thing that'll keep me going for the rest of my life. Asylum Party is a blessing for me. Rest In Peace, Thierry Sobezyk.
