I think "Evil Jimmy" is just Jimmy's Ego blown out of proportion. But could also be that his mom's smarts overpowered the "evil" side that apparently Hugh's side has(or Eddie's own dad, since his mom is Hugh's sister, has some really bad DNA he gave to his own son)

I found 5 popular theory's ( they get more violent and popular down, wholesome-horror) 1. He was the one who sold Darwin to the Wattersons and is watching over him 2. He was the one who created elmore and is the reason, why everything bad is happening to people 3. He is the one who would eventually kill the wattersons, and these episodes are gumballs memories, with gumball thinking the clown was there all along 4. He isn't watching the people of elmore, he is watching us, because he just found his new target 5. The show obviously has weird logic and rules but that is a huge part of what makes the first 5 seasons totally fantastic but it all goes downhill after they add Sparky and more confusing elements. I remember that back in the day I wasn’t a huge Tootie fan to begin with and she could often be one of the most annoying characters on the show but I can understand why some people think her having fairies would be interesting but my first choice would definitely be Chester because I think we could have the most fun with him really! Very cool to see you experiment with these different characters.

Honestly, this episode was just a case of bad writing. All the characters were acting more stupid than they should.

Well unfortunately we couldn’t control the cartoon. I really liked the actual ending to this amazing cartoon when Danny finally revealed his ghost powers to his parents and his friend Tucker became the mayor after vlad got fired for revealing his evil ghost powers. Phantom planet was a great ending to a great cartoon.
