Kristena thank you so much for this talk! I can't wait to hear more from you and try this dream work out! Dreams are already a big part of my life. Can you clear up the technique you describe at the end, thinking backwards on the events of your day before sleeping... Why does it have to be backwards? I usually go through my day before sleep but I think about it from AM to PM. More info would be awesome thank you! 🙏

You're so welcome! Well this is an introduction. We haven't touched on TIME - coming from the "Future to the Now or Past" and TIME as most of us know it, from NOW forward into the Future. You might consider KNITTING a Sleeve, and the Ruchshau is Mentally unraveling your day backward , You are, say, stitching the Waking up to the Going to Sleep Times. Very easy to "go forward in TIME, but reverse order strengthens Memory, Sequencing, and sacred Rhythms. Doing this practice has many benefits...So Happy to hear your excitement! cheers kwest4art
