I like the TA30c, however in high stress situations I tend to press to hard on the tailcap button which unintentionally activates strobe mode. I would prefer a stiffer button like the button on the Fenix PD36 TAC. Also the LED failed after little use, but Nextorch replaced the light immediately.

Wasting time with the robotic movement, stop forcing unnecessary and unnatural movements like this. Just move while making all of your weapon checks, Multitask.
@ProjectGecko4 күн бұрын
@VictoryOrValhalla14 thank you for letting me know. What exactly I should improve? Can you outline? I would be greatful 🙏
@VictoryOrValhalla144 күн бұрын
@@ProjectGecko if your moving to break contact then weapon on safe and move, while you are moving you can check the rifle status and if need be fix it. The key part of this is moving, there is a reason you are breaking contact or you would be assaulting. You also need to communicate, letting your teammates know what you are doing and sometimes talking it through help make it happen. Also setting up static ranges with no cover to move to isn’t ideal, nobody is fighting on flat ranges unless it’s the desert. Move to cover for obvious reasons.
@ProjectGecko3 күн бұрын
@@VictoryOrValhalla14you see it from a tactical training perspective. this was merely a technical environment . in a closed environment in front of paper targets...it still does not answers my first question... the reason I would AF prior to every movement is due to the idea I exchange one cover with another. i wanna know what and where before I commit to a bound. i still fail to see how, what you describe a decision making, checking a gun status, is seeing as a robotic movement.
@VictoryOrValhalla143 күн бұрын
@@ProjectGecko Train like you fight, fight like you train. What decisions are you making? You’re breaking contact? a basic battle drill and the reason it’s a basic battle drill is to take the decisions out of it. Checking the status of your rifle doesn’t make sense, your objective is to break contact and you should be doing it as fast and orderly as possible. Check your rifle while bounding, correct any issues while moving or better yet behind cover. When you tell your team your moving you need to move, so they can up the rate of fire for suppression so there is less chance you are hit while you are defenseless. The same reason once your set behind cover you ramp up your rates of fire. Leave the range theatrics to the ex operators milking people for money.

Just to let everyone know these losers go on other channels to cry like babies about how the channel users don’t give credit to every single person who made any term used in the video. I don’t see them giving credit to the people who created these specific firearms, or even the vest, what about the headgear? i would ask if you see my point but clearly you do. videos would be infinitely longer if you had to credit every person who made every and any term/word/phrase you use in your video and especially with short form content it’s not possible. and even if it was, who cares. absolutely not a single person watching the video is going to care or notice if you credit someone for making a word/term or if you don’t credit them. it makes absolutely no difference. Not to mention the terms/words you’re begging someone to give credit for were made using words/terms that were created by other people, so should we credit them? should we credit the person who created the letters used to make those words in the first place? in fact, i would argue you would lose a lot of potential views if 90% of the video was just “crediting” people who no one knows and no one cares about. what a joke, no wonder your channel is so small you drive away anyone who might be interested with your negative personality and social commentary.

What magnifier would you propose me to use for my Aimpoint CompM4s and what is that tape on your Frontgrip for?
@MidwestDefender13 күн бұрын
Get the Aimpoint 3XMag. Stick with same manufacturer for both as everybody seems to have their own heights for their sights and optics. Same goes when you're using some aftermarket mount for your CompM4s; get the same branded mount and everything for maximum compatibility. As for tapes on your weapon, I don't recommend it at all as the adhesive from the tape will melt due to the heat of your barrel and cause it to have very nasty sticky residue. In the video, looks like Eli has (correct me if I'm wrong) medical gauze as a wrap on his handguard. I suggest the same. Get some cloth wrap for the front end to mitigate the heat from the barrel or for aesthetics as long as it doesn't impede on your manipulation of your weapon system.
