Just recently found your channel and love it! I am definitely considering the membership because I truly love your workouts, cues, info etc. my one question is I love to share different KZbin creators with friends and family and it has been a bit hard picking a workout and then having it say membership only etc. a few friends have said the same thing. 중간 쉬는 시간 없이 하신건가요? 와우~ 정말 엉덩이 불타버린거같아요. 한번에 할수 없을 정도로 힘들었어요. 옆에서 하는 동작은 앞에서도 보여주시면 훨씬 도움이 될거같습니다.엉덩이 운동 시퀀스로 너무나 훌륭합니다. 중간에 쉬지 않고 할수있도록 여러번 반복해서 연습해보도록 하겠습니다. 감사합니다~
