Hi 👋🏾 Anna, Thanks for commenting as always! 🤗 But, I think the Lunchmeat, was more of the Uniqueness, of my Fried Rice! Being that I normally use Chicken, or Shrimp. In addition to that, I normally use Peas, & Carrots. So, I decided to change it up, with Orange, & Yellow Bell Peppers, instead. Also, organization helps, with knowing what you want to put in your meals, ahead of time....Which makes your meals Quick, & Easy! 🩵🧡🩵🧡🩵
