I just received a Duet for Christmas, Model # 33801, and the Buttons are different on my model than what's shown in the video.I don't have a Grill Button or a Slow Cook Button. My model also didn't come with the Grill plate or slow cooker lid . Am I still able to Slow Cook and Grill on the model I have ? Also, if so am I able to buy the Grill Plate and Slow Cooker lid separately somewhere? My husband thought he bought me this version shown in the Video and now I don't want to use it in case we need to return it or until I know for sure if we're able to Grill and Slow Cook with it and able to buy the other accessories seperately somewhere so we have a Grill Plate and a Slow Cooker lid.

Why is my brand new Bravo XL fan making such a loud noise now after only using it twice ? I turned the fan off to bake a cake now with the oven on and turning the fan back on it's making a terrible loud noise when it spins ?

I just got my Nuwave Bravo XL Pro Air Fryer Toaster Oven with Grill Combo two days ago and I'm loving it! I've already done a roast, dinner rolls, a loaf of bread, and air fried a batch of butter cookies. So far everything has turned out perfect. I also own the round Nuwave oven and the Nuwave pressure cooker. You might say I'm a Nuwave junky🤣😂 Note: for the cookies I lined the air fry basket with parchment, used rack position 3, air fry at 340degrees for 8 minutes😉

Woman Suffers Burn Injuries After NuWave Nutri-Pot Explosion ProductDefect A Maryland woman has filed a personal injury lawsuit against the manufacturer of NuWave Nutri-Pot Pressure Cooker in Illinois. The plaintiff claims that she suffered “serious and substantial burn injuries” in December 2021 when she opened the lid on her pressure cooker. According to the lawsuit, the woman was seriously burned by the NuWave Nutri-Pot 6-Quart Digital Pressure Cooker with “Sure-Lock Safety System.” According to the plaintiff’s lawsuit, the “Sure-Lock Safety System” failed to lock the lid of the pressure cooker while the contents of the pot were still pressurized. Her lawsuit claims that she should not have been able to open the lid. When she did, the scalding hot contents of the pressure cooker ejected from the pot and onto the plaintiff. This resulted in significant and painful bodily injuries. The plaintiff is seeking compensatory damages related to hospital treatment for her burn injuries. These include serious bodily injuries, medical expenses, physical pain, mental anguish, and reduced capacity for the enjoyment of life, among other damages. The suit was filed on October 26, 2023 in the U.S. District Court for the Northern District of Illinois (Eastern Division). Pressure cookers and product liability Product liability lawsuits are filed under one of three theories of liability. I have nuwave oven, for over 10 years, and I love it. Very easy to use. And I have instapot as well. I really like this two units. But the DUET sounds very complicated to me 🤷‍♀️

This was an excellent instructional video. The only issue I had was I had to slow down the playback speed to .75 I never have to slow down speeds, so hopefully you'll keep this in mind for future videos. I bought my oven over a year ago and haven't used it yet. Intimidated from learning all it can do so I kept putting off lol. This video really helps!
