My Brio does not default to preheat anymore

We have this unit! Love it! We had 2 single pic’s both wore out the lite plastic covering on the control pad. Then stopped working. This dual unit has a glass touchplate. I hope that means it will work for years. We love our NuWave equipment.

I have an older model of this and I am so impressed with it. I don't understand however how my 100% Titanium cookware works on it. It doesn't work on my home induction but does work on the Nuwave. Can someone explain this?

Once you get familiar with the controls (which is very easy ), you will not know how you live without this beautiful Oven, Toaster Air-Fryer. I am delighted with mine, where I prepare all kinds of food.

the carbon and hepa filter model in place of the extra bio guard replace every 12 months as stated on their website. If you get the full permanent filter model zero plus they just add extra bio guard filter.

Does this oven use Antimony in their air fryer ?

I found on for free in a free exchange shed. It was very dusty, so I washed it [except the motor] in the dishwasher no problem. After it was dry, I tried it out. I assembled it, pressed on the top, and it worked with no problems. Apparently, there aren't a lot of fans of it online with videos showing what they do with it. So far, I love it! I see it as a useful and versatile blender, chopper mixer. I chopped nuts in it to the consistency of coarse sand. Then, I made pureed Acorn squash in it. Just roast an acorn squash, with onion & garlic. Let cool, remove to squash rind, put in the blender with a little broth, and blend. I bet it could make whipped cream, streusel topping, all manner of pureed soups, chop herbs perhaps, grind grain, maybe, make mince, smoothies, frappes, even snow cones, if you grind ice very fine. I use a Nutribullet, to make all kinds of batters, such as muffin, pancake, waffle, French toast, etc. I bet this could do that too.

Does it ever get stuck on celsius? Mine has and holding TEMP doesn't work. I dunno how it got switched to begin with, as we never use celsius. Didn't even know it had that feature, to be honest.

I just purchased this unit. Cooked three meals with it so far and the unit just shines in use. The smaller footprint is a big plus! I've been using an older Mr. Induction unit for years that was difficult to keep clean with all it's joining surfaces exposed to collect grim. As difficult as it was to keep clean, it still sold me on induction cooking. Unbelievably, it is still being sold in the same form factor....yikes. The Nuwave Pic unit feels very luxurious in use and has much better controls. Easily wipes clean after each use and does not collect debris. At some point, I'll probably get the CONTROL FREAK by Breville but right now, the Pic unit is getting it done just fine. When you see the breakdown of the internals of the FREAK, the price looks pretty justified IMO.

Bullshit, this doesn't work at all. Try setting one to 0 and it stays on full blast. Never buying one of these shit products again.

Does the app allow you to setup a cleaning schedule (every day at this time for x minutes)? Does the App allow you to connect to the device even if you're away from home (on a different network)? The website shows a $350 model (47261) and a $300 E500/47351 model.. yet can't see what the difference is?! Oxypure Zero 47261 or E500/47351--- "NuWave Connect" Wifi App*; Filters don't get replaced.. yet the app shows "filter life"?!

Thanks! Now I can cook my eggs stress-free! I say that bc when I standard boil eggs on the stovetop, sometimes they're very hard to peel and stick to the shells. I never knew if I didn't boil them long enough or if I boiled them too much. Yes, I have a book called "Cooking For Dummies" by Phil Cole! lol But cooking eggs isn't covered. In this book, try this: Tired of eating boring broccoli but you love it? Get a large pan put the broccoli crown down. Add chicken broth and white wine (enough so it doesn't boil dry), thyme, garlic powder, sage, and dried veggie flakes like Mrs Dash, salt, pepper. Let her simmer until done. That's the stovetop version. Now I need to try this in the Nuwave and see what happens.

Can I use Dawn dish soap?

IMO, this is arguably the Bravo's best feature. I have used it a lot and it has been flawless.

I love mine. It heats-up so much faster than my full size oven. It's great for air frying fish.
