I love the look. I've just begun designing my kitchen makeover, and I've been thinking white uppers with black lowers, but I haven't seen many kitchens done like that. You've made up my mind. It's perfect.

Chantily lace is notorious for having bad coverage & requires several coats even with primer. It is a beautiful color though & I’ve ended up using it on several projects, but it is a PAIN to apply & cost so much more due to the amount of coats needed. Your project turned out amazing! My goodness I did not know that. We have used it as the main color in our home but we did use the oil based primer in those areas. I don’t know why we thought we were gonna be done in two coats😩😂😂😂. I’m so glad you stumbled across my channel🫶🏾🫶🏾

I have those same little folding doors and drop down "Batman" wood over the sink too but mine is a window to the living room. 😂 Mine are going too!

Just a fyi. I sanded, primed, spray painted, and added a top coat to my kitchen knobs over a year ago. Paint wore off! So bummed. I bought some more on amazon in the color that I wanted

I love love love what you did with the window. Not only was it blocking light but it really dated the cabinets. You're so lucky to have such beautiful bones on those cabinets. Mine are a mess and just need to be ripped out all together. Cant wait to see the big reveal!

That piece of wood across the top of the sink is called a valance. It is usually screw to both sides of the cabinets. It can be removed and just cut straight across

That's not lattice it's just trim. Lattice is cris cross panels that are used to finish off fencing.

That trim is called lattice, because it is the same wood trim that is connected together to make lattice board.
