Great video, very informative. I found some of the editing a bit distracting with all the movement, perhaps consider using less flashy transitions in order to keep attention towards the information.

when looking at patterns like a bullish flag for example what time frame should I be on.

Good question...there is no specific time frame but If you are just starting out, we recommend the 4 or 1 hour time frame and see how comfortable you are with those, then test higher or lower time frames based on your performance.
