Reply: Assuming 100L of fermentation broth (the alcohol content is assumed to be 8%vol), and the average alcohol content of the spirit hearts obtained by distillation is 60%vol, you can get about 9.9L of the spirit hearts, and the wine head is intercepted according to the average alcohol content of 70%vol: 0.3L; the spirit tails is cut according to the average concentration of 25%vol: about 7L. 2. At the end of distillation, the residual liquid in the distillation pot is waste liquid and needs to be discharged. Its COD is very high. Usually, the amount is relatively small, such as 100L. Normal sewage can be consumed. If the amount is large, it needs to be passed through. Wastewater can be discharged after treatment
