I spent 13 years there. It all depends on your genre and your environmental circumstances. It sure got too expensive with high property taxes. There is no bus service for those with disabilities. The neighbors and the people were not too friendly and never connecting. Lot's of car theft too. I live in Centralia where it's reasonable and people are more friendlier.
