You are a very intelligent man, you however have no idea how the world works. It can be summed up in one sentence. How would you like to have brain surgery by a product of the program? I am a veterinarian. We know how it all works. If your paycheck depended on your contribution to society, you might have a hard time putting food on the table. I do not include being a professor in the category of a contribution to society even though I know you would disagree. By the way, I am much older than you and am still being productive.
