Wooly actually is forced to do bad things. While in the first tapes Wooly doesn't exists there is no logo, but when he comes back, Hameln's logo returns to the tapes with him. And at the first trailer for Amanda 2 we saw someone forcing Wooly to read a piece of paper. And after he finished "I did what you told me to, please let me go!" He says this but, he lies about the paper being from Amanda. If it was, it would be Amanda who's reading it, not Wooly. And Amanda never forced Wooly to do something for her, he is always the one who stuck around forcing her. Like in the tape where she is lying on the couch it's him who's forcing her to go on an adventure. And Amanda always respects our choices. She never kills us if we actually.... I don't know, refuse to kill wooly, tell her we trust the butcher or hameln, or even refuse to help her with a certain possum problem. But when we answer the obivious questions wrong on purpose, that's when she pulls the trigger.

@@johnvictorjuvvnanpudi2705 That's exactly what I meant. I was talking about us fans. We are used to seeing Wooly as a sweet and kind guy who wants to help us while suffering from Amanda's attacks. But the second part came out....and they explained to us that it was all a lie, part of a plan, Wooly 's manipulation to prevent "Rebecca" from being freed from the curse of the tapes....I do not know that he is the right hand of the company or not, but the fact that it was he who brutally killed Joanna in the true ending is undeniable. It's just funny to watch how people in the comments try to justify Wooly , saying that it's not him but an entity associated with him; that Wooly is also under the influence of the curse of the tapes and loses control over himself; that it's not even Wooly but "another form" of Amanda ..... pathetic attempts to clear the reputation of a murderer... No one lost control, there are no other entities. There are only Amanda and Wooly, they just have two forms: material demonic and immaterial digital (in this state they are more intelligent, able to speak and give commands to their "real" bodies).
