Nice house, but I'm not liking the position of the garages. That would be a pain to get in and out of. Also I prefer a solid fence at the backyard for privacy. Rest of the house is cool

another beautiful presentation. love how bright and modern everything is while still bringing that cozy feeling. the flow in the house is fantastic. a lot of these luxury homes feel stuffed with all the unnecessary decoration and spaces that dont really blend together, just wasting space. i appreciate the space between the kicthen island and the dining space. open floor plan but theres still a sense of separation. beautiful home and finishes , thank you for the tour

This home is on a whole other level. It's impressive and functional. The only issue I have can be found throughout the valley. The cost of homes has become unattainable to most. If you purchased a home back in the late 1990s, you would see the value of your home more than double. If you are looking to currently purchase a home in Las Vegas and surrounding areas, you had better have a lot of money. Otherwise, Las Vegas is unaffordable. What might change things is if the Trump administration opens up vast areas for development. Imagine yourself with a storage rental full of furniture for a 3-bedroom house. And, you are on disability with $13,000 debt on a credit card. You have no money in the bank either. Your credit score is in good shape but you have nothing for a down payment. In this financial shape, you can't even afford to rent in Las Vegas let alone purchase a home. I wonder if there are any government programs to help? $440 is a lot of money per month for storage. At one time it would have been almost enough to rent an apartment. Those days are long gone. Is there any help?

The problem with ascaya compared to macdonald Highlands is its too linear and too many rocks and there's no creativity. Mac Highlands has trees and lots of curvy streets. Ascaya is boring.
