Best way is to stay at a hotel with a concierge and ask them to make reservations for you 2 or more months ahead of the reservation. And keep your schedule open as you may not get your desired time, I would say also try for lunch as well. If I remember correctly they open reservations 2 months ahead of time so like January 1st will open slots for February. We let the Andaz concierge know we wanted a reservation 3 months ahead of time, long before our stay, and gave them multiple days and asked for any time slot.

Blue Bottle has actual locations in Korea. Not sure why you think it's a copy.

The cafe in particular is not a blue bottle is all I was getting at, but their look and logo were very similar to blue bottle. This is in Ilsan where there are no blue bottle cafes. Thanks for watching! 🙂

Felice a Testaccio isn’t bad, but far from the best these days. Many Romans will still go there, but it has been going down for 15-20 years now.

Thanks for the video. Do they serve drinks at the pool do you know? I saw pictures where it seemed like there was a swim up bar but it does not look like that is the case? Also, do you know if they do a happy hour/free drinks in the Regency Club between 5 and 7 each night? I was told they do.

Pastel de bacalhau with melted cheese is not a traditional portuguese recepy, it was invented like 7 years ago to cather to the tastes of northern europeans and americans. It is still a pastel de bacalhau and it is goodm the bacalhau igredient and the fry techniques are still pretty much as tradition but the pastel with cheese is not traditional.
