I just washed mine for the first time. I used Paul Mitchell clarifying shampoo three. So much dirt and yes they were heavy. They took forever to dry 😆😆😆

Thank you so much for this! There is so much build up on my scalp already and I was worried that I might have to take my locs out! Also what products did you use?

SAME!!! I feel like I always look a little weird when I first switch my style ! That’s why I usually get my hair done a couple days before if I have something like big planned so I don’t have a attitude about it lol but they’re super cute on yu !!

do you wrap the hair all the way down the loc? very pretty. ive watched videos on how to do them but everyone does them differently.
@tryinating1063 жыл бұрын
For the crotchet you wrap to where your real hair ends. For regular locs, you would wrap all the way down

Does it take very long to dry ?
@tryinating1063 жыл бұрын
It does take timeeee lol I usually sit under the drier for 40 mins (alternating heat) then let it air dry the rest . Ill say in total it would take about 4 hours to completely dry

So cute!! Great job 👏🏾 Our hair texture looks so similar and my hairline is almost identical. I’m trying to talk myself out of doing these again because my edges suffer even when they are not tight or pulled. Decisions decisions lol Update: lol yesss I also dislike how it looks when I’m finished. Maybe because it’s tight and after a few days it loosens up and looks more natural idk

Thank you so much ! For edges i try to make that part bigger so it doesn't strain my edges too much and it's helped with it not breaking off so much . Also, i try to not use a lot of product so less build up ! LOL DO THEMMMM <3 & i agree I like the natural look better
