Great video, easy to follow. Quick question, which file would you put custom css in? Would that still be the standard WP style.css, or the newly created output.css?

Thanks mate. Don't put in output.css as it will get overwritten when tailwind compiles - so can use style.css or create a completely new css file and enqueue that too

I think this is amazing. I've often found myself in that intermediary space while making a website thinking "How many other developers have been in this position where they need a specific feature but have to code it from scratch every time?" Most of the time in agencies I've worked for we just save boilerplate code but I've often been tempted to turn that into a plugin - but inevitably the functionality needs to change and it becomes a case of time vs complexity trade-off. But with something like this where the functionality remains predictably stable then it's definitely worth making a plugin - or in your case, a SAAS! I'm in the middle of researching how to make a personalised book e-comm site and am finding out that even the big popular sites are using a diverse range of proprietary tech, ranging from Shopify to custom-build frontends with React in combination with 3rd party apps for generating PDF book previews on-the-fly for dynamic updates to user input. It makes me wonder how a SAAS like yours is not already on the market (as it sounds like a very useful thing to have) - what research have you done into this? Are there WordPress plugins already available or something similar? And if something like this already exists, what is your USP?

The chatGPT version was like having a conversation with a genius. There weren't awkward pauses or delays, if you interrupt it it stops talking instantly. Just a much better experience

Sir this is exactly what I have been saying from the beginning! You didnt believe me! Thats why Copilot is actually a great name since that is the correct way to use it. Let it help you by delegating some stuff that is tedious. Makes you stay in flow without losing control.

Enqueuing css and js is "the WordPress way." You can just include scripts and css in head but this won't give you as much flexibility. I'm assuming this is what you mean. Which docs are you referring to?

It's the default browser behaviour when you submit a form. When you submit a form with javascript you need to prevent default behaviour. Google this and you will find the answer - if you're using vue.js you use @submit.prevent="onSubmit"

@@marcwinner567 Going really well so far thanks. I had to hire a freelancer from UpWork to help me with some DevOps stuff like staging and compiling because it was a WordPress multi-site and I am not overly familiar with them. Thy paid me the whole amount up front straight away - which was a surprise to be honest. I have a few more bits to finish which I am going to work on today then upload to staging for the client to review on Monday. So yeah, overall, a really good experience so far for my first paying client. I'm really happy. If I could scale this up to 3 - 4 jobs like this per month then I'd be merry!
