My doctor went bananas and threw tons of meds at me..one of which a big blue horse size pill which was an anti viral..after 4 doses I was in the ER. Not only vomiting but my mental state went bizerk. I still don't feel the same after 2 months recovering STILL. I did seek a new doctor after this. Thank you for this message because I feel heard.

Have you heard about Long Covid or Post Viral Fatigue? Basically you get all the symptoms; Brain fog, blurred vision, POTS, Fatigue, etc... I've been suffering from it after a vaccine im January and nobody has been able to help me. Do you know why it happens and if there is any connection with this? I wonder how is it related, what is the mechanism and why it happens.

How can a sublucation heal completely without surgery?
@parrpt
@parrpt Ай бұрын
It all depends on the person but the severity of the subluxation determines that. In most cases, the joint only partially comes out of the socket so typically the structures are not torn but more over stretched. Because of this, the body will go through its natural healing process but would require stabilization exercises after to reduce risk of occurring again

Can I ask for your opinion? On Wednesday night I suffered high heart rate and breathing was all over the place. Basically I smoked a spliff aka cannabis but that wasn’t the problem as when I went back inside I open my tumble dryer door that was operating and the heat just blew right in my face I went to step outside and boom it started from there. I’ve been hospitalised 2x and the doctors have basically gone off that I’ve smoked cannabis and not the actual fact I had heat blown right into my face!!! So because of that they’ve put me on anxiety meds making me feel like absolute crap now mentally. It has F all to do with my anxiety I don’t suffer anxiety although I did in the past like 2-3 yrs ago but I was taught by my mental health team how to cope with it. I cope with anxiety or stressful situations with breathing techniques but I’m just now more frustrated that I’ve been put on mental health meds and not any respiratory meds or nothing as this is the problem my respiratory system feels like absolute crap and now I’m on the anxiety meds they’ve made me somewhat spaced out and not helped with my chest at all… so now I’m dealing with a messed up head and a messed up respiratory system. I had a esg, blood test and chest x ray 2x and they tried telling me nothings wrong then when I’d go to the doctor at the end of all that they’d lecture me about cannabis like I’ve been smoking for 6 years not consistently but yep 6 yrs and he basically said you can’t handle your weed, here’s some anxiety meds. I’m ashamed of this. I feel like I’ve been scammed by my doctor or something. I am going to get another opinion from a different doctor tomorrow because all the 1s I’ve seen are not even from my country (not that I have a problem with that) but what I do have problem with is not getting the right care. NHS UK btw I know it’s a free health service but just wow 😢

Hello, here we have to work on the nerve pathway starting from the neck down to the shoulder to the scapula. The scapula is the nerve center next to the leg and you need to release the hips in all directions. The addition of a 1 kg dumbbell ON HAND will help in the overall process, in fact all the movements must be very delicate and delicate and this is what the nerves like delicate movements You won't believe it, I discovered that brushing your teeth and gently shaking your head up will successfully release the neck I found myself with a kg weight on my hand solving puzzles when standing my body is bent with rotational movements of the hand and rotational movements of the body and thank God. it works we will emphasize subtle movements it is critical to solveg puzzles for many hours in front of a laptop and the body is bent forward to the computer screen

My mother was diagnosed with fibromyalgia but we now think she had EDS. She had high blood pressure and died aged 64 from heart failure. She had multiple pain points every day. Since it's genetic and I have similar issues (hypermobility, numbness, bad circulation, back pain, loose joints, etc.), how can I get tested?
@parrpt
@parrpt 2 ай бұрын
Thanks for your response! There are various ways to check for hypermobility but given that you suspect that it's genetic, typically genetic testing is recommend. Keep in mind that hypermobility/EDS cases are not always positive on standard genetic testing which requires further assessment of not only hypermobility testing, but symptoms and other related presentations.

I'd say the main difference is where the flexibility/mobility occurs. Flexibility usually refers to your muscles, hypermobility usually refers to your joints. You can be hypermobile and not have good flexibility in some muscles, often as a result of your muscles overworking to support you.
@parrpt
@parrpt 2 ай бұрын
Absolutely, you've highlighted a crucial point! While flexibility typically pertains to muscles, hypermobility focuses more on joint mobility. It's indeed common for individuals with hypermobility to experience muscle issues, as their muscles often compensate for unstable joints. Understanding these distinctions can be key in managing conditions like hypermobility spectrum disorders. Thanks for sharing your insight!
