Arbitration is a dispute resolution process where a neutral third-party arbitrator makes a binding decision to resolve a dispute between two or more parties. *Advantages:* 1. Time and Cost Efficiency 2. Expertise: Arbitrators specialize in specific areas. 3. Flexibility: Parties can choose procedures. 4. Confidentiality 5. Enforceability: Awards recognized globally. Disadvantages also there.

சொத்தை விற்று பணம் தந்து காப்பாற்ற சொல்கிறான் client. கொலை செய்தால் என்ன கற்பழித்தால் என்ன வக்கீல் வேலை அவனை காப்பாற்றுவது. பணம் வாங்கி விட்டு client ஐ காப்பாற்ற வில்லை என்றால் மட்டுமே பாவம் பிடிக்கும். Judge சொல்லும் பாவம் வக்கீல்களுக்கு வராது. போய் வழுக்குகளுக்கு பொய் வழக்குகளுக்கு பொய் பேசியே ஆக வேண்டும். கோர்ட்டி ல் பாதி பொய் வழக்குதான் வரும். நல்லதோ, கேட்டதோ எல்லா வழக்குகளிலும் ஆஜர் ஆகுங்கள். பாவம் கட்சி காரர்களுக்குத்தான் பிடிக்கும். வக்கீல்களுக்கு பிடிக்காது.
