Hi, iam 46years. I have 164cms ht, and weigh 60kg. Even 21yrs after my marriage and mother to an 18yr old and 16yr old, my wedding attire still fits me best. I mean, i didn't put on weight. My BP is always 90/60. Recently iam diagnosed with uterine fibroids. Started with heavy menstrual bleeding. As of i know ,the biggest mistake i made was almost daily consumption of broiler chicken. Stopped it completely and Currently undergoing homeopathy treatment. Symptomatically a lot better. Next month is my Ultrasound repeat. Will update after that.

This was really cute and a lot more fun after the moms came into the picture haha I went to an all girls school and throughout only twice my entire class had a collective crush on someone, first was Tarun Raghavan, when he transitioned from doing music videos to getting a role in Hubahu on tv and after him it was you and Vijay, when your song came out with Tupur and Tapur, that was such a rage. In our school library some magazine, can't recall which one, had like a spread of both of you and I think it listed your favourite things or something, you know how they made interviews in print more enjoyable back in the day, I still remember like all 40 of us hovering over it 😅 By the time RKB started airing on Imagine, college happened, really missed the sense of community but watched it nevertheless. Glad I came across your channel after all this time 😊

Hi thank you for the video and help, you are great at trying to help us. I had no trouble with cramping in my womb for years and had a baby at 29 after the doctor recommended the IUS coil with a low dose of a progesterone hormone at the age of 32, I was fine for another 2 years but at the age of 34 I started to get cramping in my belly right by my womb, so I had the coil removed but still, the cramping went on. I found out I had a 6 cm Fibroid right on my womb right next to where the IUS coil was, and no other fibroid anywhere else, I have had this now for 20 years and no other fibroid has appeared, I am 54 and spent a lot of years in pain because I won't have the Hysterectomy surgery they recommend, and still have no other Fibroid just the same 6cm one from 20 years ago. so as you can imagine I do believe Fibroids are caused by too much of the hormone Progesterone. I am going to try your tips in this video and see if I can shrink it, Thank You Much Love and Good Health to you.

Calgary winter is nothing compared to Winnipeg.

Can you ? Well I live in Canada ,but not Toronto. I don't own a car ,but I do get around pretty well on public transit .Planning is key .Waiting is part of it. Be courteous to the drivers certainty helps. Some cities are more challenging to get to ,but with planning, you can get places. I have been able to use alternative transport to get to Toronto,NYC, Montreal and London, England.

Calgary isnt cold. Try living in winnipeg or fort mcmurray. For mac reaches -50 and winnipeg is -20 with bone ripping wind that never stops and feels even colder because of windchill that just never gives you a break. Alberta has warm periods and calm sunny weather often. -20 in the sun with dry still air with no wind is nothing.
