Bit late to this, but a great video and a nice selection of tools...Only negative thing I would say is about the pouch...Your trying to use it as a tote, and that's what you really need for the amount of tools you carry....

Man that is genuis to use a pill organizer for parts i might steal that for my wire connections parts

Great video man! I know it came out some years ago but seems like you have a great grasp on your property and exactly what you need to get your work done. A lot of maintenance techs have overloaded bags with 90 percent of stuff they don’t need. I hope you are still in the trade. Thanks for sharing!

In multi family maintenance, one of the worst things is to have to return to the truck (or shop), to get a tool. Not only is it inefficient, it’s frustrating. Having everything with you on the initial call really allows you to get so much more accomplished. Good job on preparedness.

You probably already know, but Klein did a recall on the NCVT's .... I'd check and make sure yours is good. If not they're replacing them.

Thanks for the video, next time can you please lay the tools out on a table if possible and there were some tools you didn't say the specific name too. For example the tool you said that is a life saver for faucets, what's that called?

@phillip perkins He might have an engineering degree for all we know. I knew someone like that. He had a degree in mechanical engineering, couldn't get an office engineering job, and ended up taking a maintenance engineering job. And that's exactly how they listed the position and the qualifications they look for, 4 year degree OR many years of experience.

Well done sir! I am impressed by how many tools you got to fit in that pouch. I will definitely be checking out that adjustable wrench from harbor freight 👍

If you have a chance pick up Diamond crescent wrenches they are the best they were bought out by Crescent. But they open wider and they last forever I was handed down a set and my father had them since the sixties and is still using to the state for the past 20 years. And always use fluke meters
