Just from clips of this show I can tell its' 50% oz being cool most of the time except when his mom is around, and this sofia girl standing at a table of scary men and telling them what to do. It's pretty obvious which of those is a standard motivation story with depth and which one is just a fantasy for useless powerless hooas.

They ruined chani's character there's no denying that, was she your favorite part of the film? Did you nod your head every time she was on screen because her dialogue and delivery was just that poignant and striking? No, I bet you waited through her scenes like the rest of us for the movie to go back to actually being dune Let me ask you, if it wasn't a requirement for the plot why would this version of Paul and chani end up together? When did they share a single loving moment of chemistry? Can you point to anything that would lead her to love him? In this version of events chani should never have gotten into a relationship with Paul it makes no sense They literally only get together because the movie says they have too, they forgot to write LOVE into this LOVE story And what's amazing is if they just adapted the novel without changing and desecrating things it would have been fine 😂
