Very sad story. The primary reason for arranged marriage still remains that many families want to secure wealth, property and social status for their children. I highly doubt it was a just "suggestion" from her parents. There is no romance in these unions. There is no love. It might have "worked" for you (or it just means you are very compliant). Even if you want to say it's tradition, well traditions doesn't mean is right. I don't even want to go to the age difference in the story 16 vs 21. Some countries even with consent it's called rape.

I met Gary Henry at Union Station in 2019. I just started a new job there and I had prayed to God to ask Him his will for my life. No word of a lie, Gary Henry comes off the train and walks up to me within the hour while I’m in uniform and says, “I have a message for you from God,” I have never met him before. “You have special gifts that God is going to use. You’re not going to be here long.” I was blown away. I am still working there but I have written a book on my Christian testimony, “The Haunted Writer.” I look forward to seeing Gary come through the station, he is my special friend.

OMG I can't believe it! What a great find!!! I was looking for you and Henry and wanted to tune into that and found this! OMG a blast from the past and so glad I too learned how to dance myself home (my heart).....Robbie, blessed to have met you then and congratulations for facing your dragon and allowing the flow of the Universe to bring such gifts your way, the gift it saw in response (you). Much Love to you and Tina and Danielle. Just watched her video on entering the Song Alpha contest. So, she is walking her path behind the lens of life too. Awesome. Amazing....And I did MoMondays too! lollll Ironically, much the same talk because the venue I was in was in Toronto above a bar that I went to one night long ago and drank my (false) face off and kissed some Irish guy lollllllllllll...Same old story. Another Irish guy lolll So I shared about that. No accident. Anyway, now gonna see if that video exists. It was not a great talk. Why? Because I wasn't dancing and enjoying it. Anyway, all good. Where are you and Henry? I forget what you called your segments.
