What was the reason behind incorporating the dumbell shrugs?

No real reason. I realize they work primarily the trapezius muscles but for some reason I’ve always done them as a burnout on shoulder day.

I don't follow any programs at the moment. I come up with these workouts on my own based off of past experience and research. There are tons of programs on YT I bet. Also, based off of what body part you are trying to work, google exercises for that body part and try a few things out. 💛 Thank you for watching!

Thanks for sharing! I've been loc'd for 6 years and loving this journey. I had the same curly ends on my locs for about a year before they started to seal on their own. I've used this crochet method after 5 years just to tighten my roots and I have the same kit.

Yes, I sprayed it with a water/aloe vera juice mix before applying the oil. I found that applying oil to my hair or scalp when it's dry never works for me. Thank you so much for watching!
