Panadaol thank u for the feedback! We, MBA students, are usually assigned to ground floor only (no choice), but we did get a choice of the actual studio location within ground floor. The rest of the Erasmus students (bachelor, master and what’s not) live on floors 1 up. I personally didn’t interact with them much so won’t know if they were 1st years’ or otherwise...

You can reach out to them by just visiting or email, if easier. 2. I’m not intending on keeping the channel up, as my MBA has ended. If you r talking about search year visa, I’m not familiar with the process first hand, cause I haven’t make use of it personally. I did hear that it’s quite a straight forward process through IND online application, and that it takes about 2 weeks. Sorry I couldn’t help more

you are right Lina, the background music in the cafe was too loud at times - sorry ab that! Olga said that the best parts was developing oneself, cause knowledge you can get in multiple ways, but the program makes you rethink your values, challenge and question things, which one is usually too busy for - in a day-to-day life.

for sure! we have guys travelling to Delft, Amsterdam and other towns every day. It's just a matter of acceptable commute time for you

u can only contractually be working (not interning) after we finish studying (December-Janurary). There is no requirement in terms of jobs or internships for the graduation. The only requirement is passing all the courses. If you are not changing careers - internship still might be a good way to "test the waters" - in the company you are aiming to work in (or competitor - to gather insights) or even check if Dutch working environment is for you before committing for a full-time contract. Also great networking opportunity and good to have a dutch company on a CV. so My opinion is - yes.

i mean it wasn't easy tbh. depends on your background too. people did fail, but not all of the exams. I think the most amount (almost 10%) failed Quantitative Platform for Business (statistics).

i travelled in Schengen zone all this year, no problem, and so did many other folks from the batch. could depend also on your particular passport i would guess

if you will be living in the Netherlands for more than 4 months, you are obliged to register at the City Hall in the town in which you are living. more here www.eur.nl/en/education/practical-matters/student-life/city-hall

i arrived at Schiphol. airport is a train station too, so no need to go to separate place. direct communication from airport to central station in Rotterdam. trains depart several times an hour. i use this for train schedules: www.ns.nl/en

Thank you Rae! I wanna say it's around 36 square meters, give or take. I bought my own sofa in IKEA, cause one chair is not enough, you are right. And yes, there is a common area (study room we call it) plus a roof top terrace, that people also use to hang out etc.

thank you! in my case the apartment was offered via the school first and then was in touch with the landlord regarding technicalities of moving in (booking, paying, etc). Not sure how it would work in other cases though...

once we were accepted into an MBA program, the Rotterdam School of Management facilitated the housing for almost all of us. As in - negotiated with the student rental places on our behalf, so we can have them confirmed before arrival. So from my side all I need to do was to decide if if it suits me, choose room, sign the contract and then pay the deposit + first month rent&utilities about a month in advance
