Thank you for sharing. I'm 38 weeks pregnant with my fourth bub and have had quite a similar experience to what you described. Pelvic pains, Braxton Hicks and I'm a petite woman with a hard uterus. Had an ultrasound 2 week ago and baby girl was already 3 kilograms. My three sons were all born early. My earliest was born at 34 weeks gestation. I'm grateful and pleased that bub has stayed in until term but a bit nervous about having a big bub after having 2.3kg, 2.2kg and 2.9kg babies. Hope your delivery went well. Love this. Been looking for some excersie videos to do with my son. I love that you included a wind down period. It's something very important with toddlers. They still need the exercise but they dont turn off the energy as well as we adults do.

I just turned 30’weeks and had a scan my baby is measuring 3 1/2 pounds very big so I wonder if my due date will be changed my doctor has scheduled 2 more scans to see if he is still growing large I’m a little nervous even though this will be my 3rd baby because I’m a planned type of person it scares me to go into labor spontaneously.

I have gestational diabetes, I had a scan at 32 weeks and he is above the 97th centile weighing 5lb 4, I have my next appointment on the 23rd Dec, hopefully they will give me my induction date I'm so fed up now, on 2 different types of insulin and tablets now and they've said they won't let me go over 38 weeks in 33+2 today x

At what age did you start this? I'm trying with my 18 month old and she just sits and watches me. She doesn't follow instructions very well. Maybe she's too young.

I was 34 weeks and 5 days and my baby is was measuring at 35 weeks and 4 days and is a little over 6 pounds. My first baby was 8 pounds and 9 ounces and got stuck by her shoulders inside of me. I have 40% chance of it happening again. So we will see what the doctor says.
