as a long time Warhammer fan I just want to tell you all, you dont have to engage with the collecting, painting and tabletop playing side of the hobby if you dont want to.. I have been into warhammer for about 14 years and has NEVER bought any models or been to any tabletop gaming store. I engage with Warhammer 40k purely for the lore, read all the books and play P'n'P role-playing game with friends.. write my own fanfic, build my own whole sub-sectors of planets, unique guard regiments and cultures, Sororitas convents and space marine origins.

If you just starting the cheapest one will work may have a some issues later you can buy a better made airbrush. That is a fact.

coucou, je pense que tu peux parler avec moins d‘inflections, ça faciliterait la compréhension de ce que tu dis en anglais. je dis ça pour ceux dont c'est la première langue qui regarderont pas forcément s'ils ne comprennent pas à cause de l'accent et de l'inflection. Pour les autres ça peut être un peu le même soucis :) j'espère que ce petit feedback peut aider :)

Thanks :) It's Munitorum Varnish from GW I use it to secure the pigments and the decals, and it also protect the paint from my dirty fingers when playing haha

Managed my Chaos Knights army in 1 month. 4 wardogs, 2 abominate chassis, a lancer and an atropos. no airbrush!

in my case it's been a bit under 4 years and only one of my knight models is completed up to the point of me adding the house heraldry onto it's left front pouldron and outer leg panels. the rest vary beyond that with a second hand one being mostly painted, my original one being stripped and in bits and 4 armigers awaiting some asthetic conversions and painting. we'll see if they get completed this year

Haha I understand that, it took me 8 month for finishing my first Imperial knight ^^ And that was for a event, I wanted it to be perfect but with the dead line it was very good but not perfect ^^ And with time (that was in 2015) I learned lot of tips to paint faster :)

A couple of tips: #1 Never use super glue on plastic models; use plastic cement instead. Super glue on plastic is brittle. #2 Don't use metallic paints on a wet palette. The moisture causes the paint and metallic flake pigment to separate.

Super glue is better to glue painter parts Plastic cement could damage the paint work. If you just mix the metallic paint often on your wet palette, there is no problem 😊 Obviously, not put too much paint

Did you tune and polish the needles of the cheaper airbrushes ? After some fettling and lubrication you will find the cheaper brushes will perform just as well as the more expensive models - it is a very simple mechanism with very little to go wrong - once finessed these cheaper models can produce great results - don't be fooled by stupid prices - they are not made of myrrh , it's all a marketing exercise - most of the problems arise from paint thinning , air pressure and poor cleaning..

No I didn't The airbrush is not magic and can remplace painting skills for sure, so Yes we can have great result with cheap aibrushes. I was thiking that too for many years, but now I see a difference in all these airbrushes. They can do a little bit more but not a big deal if you don't want to paint for competition, but in the usage, is like that between night and day

@4:10 That is called a Mac Valve and it's typically used to create Splatting effects on paintings. Not sure how helpful that would be in miniature painting.

Thank you very much ! It's hard to do haha, especialy for the syllable stress (on that I'm working right now). I'm french and our language is really monotone while English is almost singing in comparison to French ^^ Thanksfully my wife speak really well English and helps me to correct my accent while filming :) I learn fast she said, I hope so ^^

Salut, super vidéo comme d'hab, en revanche la pose de ton knight me semble un peu unbalanced nan ? On dirait qu'il tombe à la renverse, mais c'est peut-être un effet d'optique du a l'angle de prise de vue ! Je suis depuis presque 1 semaine sur un projet similaire pour un "death knight of nurgle" mais je pense pas qu'il y a un kitmod existant pour ça du coups c'est tout a la main ^^
