ok first of all. i love dream theater and john petrucci is imo the best guitarist. but dream theater is a good band only when they make original songs. i dont like james' vocals sometimes so them covering a song note for note is gonna make it worse. i feel like dream theater is not suited for covers. imo they should have remastered this song to make it better

James voice is often hit or miss, I happen to think he's a pretty good vocalist on the recordings. Their Scenes From New York concert he hit it out of the park I thought. There are obviously way better singers out there, but his voice is obviously not really suited to cover Metallica, so I can't knock him for not doing this song justice.
