Also to keep in mind, a lot of the sugar in fruits is in the fruit juices. The freeze drying process gets rid of a lot of this, as evidenced by the fact that an 80 calorie mix of all of those fruits from kencko does not equal the calories of 1/2 a kiwi, 1/5 of a pineapple, 1/2 an apple, etc. The calories are significantly lower because a lot of that natural sugar is removed. These are a great way to get the nutrition without all of the sugar.

To summarise they use a very manipulative and sneaky business model to extract your money. Firstly they say that they explicitly say that they inform the customer when making purchase that it is a subscription. 1. I was looking out for this but did not see this (could be in the very fine print or hidden somewhere) 2. You have no option to choose, its merely a subscription or dont buy from us. You have to cancel the subscription after your first purchase arrives. (Hopefully you forget and keep buying from them forever while they tax your credit card.) I actually found out about this through a rude awakening email saying my 2nd box is on its way of which i scrambled to cancel it luckily. However, to my surprise a third email a month later came saying my next subscription on its way. Now heres how they scam you. I wrote in saying why is there still a subscription when i cancelled the previous month. They replied it was merely cancelling my ORDER not the SUBSCRIPTION. So fine I used the link they provided to cancel my subscription and sure it said cancelled online. HOWEVER, there is no confirmation email sent saying that the subscription is cancelled. This is how they cheat you so you have no evidence you cancelled the subscription. A few days later, they emailed me saying that my order is on its way. This was when I got pissed, I emailed them saying why isit sending me a subscription when i cancelled it already. Lo and behold they replied saying i need to cancel more than 24 hours before they send the order. I CANCELLED A FULL 5 DAYS EARLIER. But of course i have no email proof just a screenshot that my order is cancelled. And of course my box of Kenko arrived. Im trying to get my money back but I dont think they are gonna relent. DONT EVER BUY FROM THIS BLOOD SUCKING COMPANY.

Does it foam/lather up?
@biggerbetterdays97063 жыл бұрын
It did for me! We have really hard water, so occasionally to get a really good lather I need to wash my hair 2 times. It was a trick my hairstylist gave me. The first wash is kind of getting the gunk off my hair, and then the second wash gets an amazing lather. That's not really related to this product, but it works for me : )
@PlaineProducts2 жыл бұрын
Yes! Bigger Better Days' tip of double washing is great! Since our products are aloe-based (rather than water), you'll need to add water to get a good lather. Thoroughly wet your hair before applying product :) Here's a quick video demonstrating the lather: kzbin.info/www/bejne/j6GZmauGZcqVsNU

@kayseacamp4 жыл бұрын
Amy when you consider the resources and materials used to make each bathroom, the additional plumbing and electrical, the additional power to run/heat/cool the bathrooms. It just excessive for a single family home to have 8 sinks. A lot of people only consider their environmental impact from a post consumer standpoint and not a pre consumer standpoint.
@ghkfan3 жыл бұрын
@@kayseacamp Do you know how many people are living in her household. At one time I had 4 children and my aging parents living with my husband and I and we had a bathroom for each bedroom a kitchen sink and a half bath for guests. I have since downsized to a 2 bedroom house now that my children are grown and only have 3 sinks. I sold the house to a family with 5 young children. I think people should judge their own behavior instead of others when they may not have all the necessary information.

I think the product performs really well. I prefer the performance over the CleanCult brand (although I prefer the ingredient list on the CleanCult brand, so I guess you can't have it all haha). Thanks for this video! Meat and dairy are compostable but most sources will say not to put it in your outdoor composting because it might attract critters (bears, raccoons, etc). So this is great that you can do that in this! My state required all households to compost as of July 1 and I do have an outdooe composter but we are just a family of 2 so we don't have a ton of scraps. This is an awesome way to break down our stuff initially and also have some immediate additives for my houseplants and garden!

How is it 4 months later? Does it get really clean? Like will it get BBQ grease off your hands?
@biggerbetterdays97064 жыл бұрын
I'm still using the Blueland products and like them a lot. I think they clean very well. That being said, I've never had BBQ grease on my hands. My only issue I've had with them so far is two bottles breaking (they replaced one, and I'm sure they will replace the other once I notify them), and also some confusion around the ingredient quality. EWG had scored some of their ingredients low and I reached out to them about it and got a pretty vague response that really didn't address my concerns. So I would say yes they work, but check the ingredients for your own satisfaction.

I can say that we've been using blueland products for about a year now. *Generally*, I like them. Of course, we love the environmental benefits, but there is a bit of trade-off vs. more common brands when it comes to how quickly you can clean heavier messes. Of all the blueland products we've tried (which includes the all-purpose cleaner, the glass cleaner, the bathroom cleaner, the hand soap, the dishwasher tabs, the dish detergent, and the laundry tabs) the hand soap has been the one I am most disappointed with. Does it clean your hands? For basic handwashing, yes. BBQ grease? While I've not tried with that specifically, my guess would be not really. I've noticed that if I have even some butter or oil on my fingers and I wash my hands, the blueland hand soap does not get rid of that greasy feeling without a lot of repeating. I truly wish and hope they will improve the hand soap formula, as I'm on the fence about whether we'll keep using it.

Plastic has nothing whatever to do with what something's made from. So, yes, if something is deformable without damage, it's 'plastic' like these bags. What I objected to was the presentation on Shark Tank. Just throw them into the wash?? Umm, no, that bag with salmon would, in reality, be useless.
