I have bought the book but my biggest struggle is tying the legs. I couldn’t. So I undid the foot and leg and made it short and added foot. This was the Dino. Very aggravating. Also the way they attached the head to body was a little scary bc I never did it like that. But I like it now. I ended up stuffing the body also so the stuffing from feet wan’t disappear into the body. Did you have any suggestions.

I have made the bee, taco, and the sloth. I also bought the gnome, unicorn. Bee, taco, and sloth were fine. Unicorn I struggled so badly I threw it in time out. That was like 3-4 years ago. I'm at the point with stitch that I'm on the left ear, but there's such a huge issue with rounds 7-12. I don't have the number of stitches needed and don't know what to do. Hubby is telling me to wing it, but I'm so annoyed...

Just got the kit and started on Scrump. This is my first project as i have only made granny squares before. I was very confused by the instructions since i have never looked at a crochet pattern before but i figured maybe that is what they normally look like. I was able to finish the head and body before running out of yarn. I feel like the proportions look off. Also you got way more yarn than i did lol.

I had to laugh because I was at Hobby Lobby last week and was charge $1.09 for 310 dmc. Went through the same argument with the cashier. The price should have been .53 cents but she insisted it was silk. A manager came over and told her she was incorrect and then she rang up 3 skeins at .59 cents each. lol, I let that go. The Ghost Family Portrait pattern would be a really fun stitch. I like Misty Persil vintage-style patterns. I have two that I haven't started yet and a Mystery SAL as well. The SAL will begin the 1st part will be on 7-15. I am not a fan of scary Halloween, but rather cute, mostly vintage, style.

Your Ghost Family Portrait pattern is adorable! For Halloween, just yesterday I drove to the closest LNS I have to me, 1-1/2 hours away, and I kitted up Fall Frolic by The Scarlet House! I bought the over-dyed floss, and I'll be stitching it on 40 count Dapple Gray by Zwiegart! I think this one can stay out the entire Fall season, the Halloween aspects are not that prominent, the vase of pumpkins and a house are more so. Well, at least "I" will keep it out all season! Lol! I'm not certain how I'll finish this - yet? Good question! I do prefer framed pieces, so it'll probably end up framed so I can put it on my bookshelf!
