It looks very clean and comfortable - but could the decor and furnishings be any more bland! The doorstops were the most interesting feature :)

I'm afraid I hate the modern furniture and art etc. Even my own flat is all decorated as the medieval Tudor Court. It looks amazing. If I only had a mini castle like this to put it all in.....The old wooden close stool is great. I love the spiral staircase and the attic bedroom but I'd have it done in royal colours of red and purple velvet and satin. I won't have anything beige or brown or neutral in my house.

Well good to see it some way saved don't like the painted ceiling indoors tho more of these old buildings should be saved an kept as close to natural state. How much is it per night to stay.?

Hi there, a lot of it will come down to personal taste, but yes, we agree it is so nice to see these old buildings preserved. This castle starts at £2223/week and it does accept short breaks but this is usually for a minimum of two nights. If there are any dates you are interested we can help you figure out the rate. Another great and infomative video. The properties look amazing. Just a little pointer - If you use a stand alone microphone it will cancel out the echo sound.

Thanks for lovely comment. I use a microphone that attaches on to my camera (on the top) but the two rooms in this building that I can use are both really echoey, For the talk overs I think I need a mic that can record directly onto my video editor? J :-)

Yes, thats a good idea. We are editing some now which are focusing on different areas in Scotland in which we feature 4-5 holiday homes. But it's a good idea to make some around food, activities and adventure! Thanks! J

Yes, I most certainly did. My wife and I are most fixated on the no. 3 Strone cottage above Castle Urquhart and Loch Ness near Dromnadrochit. My wife made an inquiry regarding possible rental in 2020 but her request was denied. Perhaps we asked too far out or perhaps too few days. We’ll check again as our window nears.
