I have really severe POTS (as well as a bunch of other conditions - many of which being comorbid, like you said - including hypotension, mast cell issues, complicated and hemiplegic migraines with auras, hypokalemic periodic paralysis, asthma, gastroparesis, etc.), and I ended up coming here from your TENS unit vagus nerve stimulation video, actually because I had come across some peer-reviewed papers and John Hopkins' and other sources on the connection between vagus nerve stimulation and the positive impact it can have on POTS. I'm about to buy a TENS unit to try it just as you had demonstrated and see how well it may improve mine (I mean, I faint on average a minimum of 15 times per day, so I definitely think it's worth a shot, lol), but I'd also love to see more content on anything you explore and discover with your own POTS patients, too! And shew, I definitely empathize with your other POTS patients on getting *only* the most basic advice too, lol! My heart goes out to them for sure, and I appreciate you taking the time to make this video, too!

Vasodilators like Nitric balance are NOT GOOD FOR POTS!!!! I have no idea where this guy gets the idea that people who’s blood vessels are already so dilated that they almost pass out upon standing need EVEN MORE dilation. More dilation is not a solution for too much dilation.
