I had to watch someone's video on utub, NOT from Canon, to show me that there is a back door on the printer that opens, and that is where my paper was stuck. Not any of these . It's funny this video didn't show that.

Why on earth would Canon make the '*' be a shift key *without any indication on the keypad?* ["tone" 🙄]. And when a number is chosen, it is not displayed, as letters are. That's incredibly inept.

I have a Canon account and, after entering email and password, when I click "Sign In", nothing happens. Makes it impossible to register the product.

@@CanonUSASupport Yeah. Tried that too! No email sent to me to be able to change the password. My password (old) did not have a special character in it as the new password requires.

How strange! Go ahead and call in if you can, when calling please just say your camera model to get through to technical support. From there they can troubleshoot that with you! 1-800-OK-CANON (1-800-652-2666) Monday to Friday, excluding holidays.

what do I do if the wifi light never flashes and printer does not connect to any device. Holding the wifi button only makes the power light blink and begin a network configuration printout page.

@@CanonUSASupport What Canon needs to do is delete obsolete videos that are no longer relevant. From the direct source of Canon themselves, the TS3120 is no longer supported or on the list of compatible printers available for wireless. Please take down this video and all others like it revolved around the TS3120 model.

I have had very good experience with my G7020 Pixma printer (approximately 3 years old). With almost every problem I could fix things myself, except error #5200. After consulting with support, I was able to purchase a print head and despite the Canadian postal strike, it arrived within 2 weeks. And these instructions were perfect and so very easy to follow. I'm sorry others have been having problems, but this was my experience.

YOUR PRINTER IS NOT AGOOD PRINTER. Just purchased canon PIXMA G6020 and Color printing is already a big problem. Did all recommendation and does not work. Very dissatisfied. NOT GOOD.😢

If you are watching in 2025, this video is useless. The software program referenced is outdated and it is now called "EOS Webcam Utility Pro," but the software program in the dock on my MacBook says "EOS Webcam." After signing up for a free subscription and entering my credit card details (it will autofill $4.99/month but I will cancel before then), I was able to pair my camera to my MacBook. However, literally...there is no menu option to transfer my images which is all I need, let alone select a folder to send them to. I looked everywhere! The main purpose seems to be for live streaming. Just wanted to save you all the frustration and agony I just had to endure.

I’m trying to connect. I live in an RV park for college and can’t get it to connect to my WiFi, it finds the printer and everything then just goes back to the register screen. Then it says C-0, C-7, C-9. I should’ve never thrown the box away so I could’ve taken it back. I’ve tried 6 times now! It’s so frustrating

This is the worst printer to set up that I have ever owned. This video doesn't show how to get it on Wi-Fi. I think I will go buy a different brand of cheap printer. This one is just BAD

I prefer to connect via my home wifi, not the camera access point wifi. I find this impossible. It just sits there and refuses to connect. Could it be encryption type of the wifi network? I wish the camera gave some diagnostic information, not just endless "connecting...". Same problem with PowerShot SX530 HS.
