I had troubles. First thing I dealt with was typing in a code that was recognized after getting through the 1-800 number. You don’t need to answer the first question, just type in 106010*. Then type in the first 3 numbers you got from holding 2&3 followed by the three numbers you got from pressing AM FM. The other trouble I had was because I didn’t watch the whole video so watch until the end
