I don't think there's a best character, all characters are good and stick with your favorite. I finished this game with Iris, Dancer, Nereid, and Ninja.

are you talking about the inaccessible treasure chest in the school fireplace? Its only a consumable though so don't worry about it. That is only obtainable through the other routes and is the only missable chest outside of the whole Dark Magic story line.

Actually extremely hyped to see what the future holds for poe2, i played poe1 for like 18 hours but poe2 early access i now jave 81 hours in im about to unlock my atlas maps since im on act 3 cruel difficulty. Poe2 is amazing seriously and im looking forward to the future for the game big time.

funny coming back here after all this time. This is roughly when I started playing poe 1 and now poe 2 is out it's probably when I will stop unfortunately I really dislike poe 2 and can't see myself continuing with poe 1 unless the support stays the same.

I'm a little late 6 days later, but I definitely can say that loot is not sparse. Once you're at later red tiers of maps it's genuinely too much and it's causing exalts to be worthless, while divines are becoming the go-to, bumping prices of things out of the water.
