I am so happy to find a Christian based makeup line, I would really like makeup that represents God Kingdom and now I don’t have to worry about looking up brands and logos and people, and worry about Marine kingdom makeup so this is very refreshing thank you! I can’t wait to buy it.

If your father is from the western part of Cuba, your portion of Nigerian genes is most like to come from the Yoruba in southwestern Nigeria. Their traditional religion is still practiced in that particular region of Cuba, the so-called Santeria. Also, you have some possible eastern Nigerian genes, given the ethnic interaction along the eastern border of Nigeria. The entire coast of Nigeria was once known as the Slave Coast during the Mid Passage. That is most likely to be the source of your Cameroonian genes and eastward.

She doesn't want her uniqueness drowned out, or have her identity blamed for something just because it's her identity. Nevertheless, she is Black with European and indigenous American admixture, but culturally and ethnically she is Latina. An Afro-Latina as she described herself. I'm going to leave you two video links. The first video describes the cultural significance, despite the phenotype you are referring to. The second video? Please watch the whole video, but I want you to notice what she explains from 2:05-3:12. It's likely those slights that the woman in this video wants to avoid. Guilt by association or attack because of identification. Unlike the second video I wish the woman in this video posted her "Genetic Community", but for whatever reason that seems frightening to her. Wow, loved this video!! That's amazing you found her. I just got my results last month and found out my grandmother has a half-brother that nobody knew about. I saw this man I didn't know was my top match and asked my family if any of them recognises the name and they didn't. I saw on his profile that he was looking for any extended family, so I messaged him. Turns out he was looking for any links to his father's side of the family, which I matched with him on, since he never knew his biological father who left before he was born - it ended up being my great grandfather. I did not expect that AT ALL. It was very overwhelming for my grandma and the whole family to say the least. I personally just did the test to see the percentages of what I am, I didn't care about the matches part since I assumed there would just be lots of 4th/5th cousin and beyond, too distant but it is fascinating what you can discover with that site.
