Dropping the racket head is most common technique mistake on my low volley. I always forget to Keep the racket head above my wrist. But on medium volleys and high volleys I always keep it above my wrist.

Once upon a time, an absolutely worthless jerk thought to himself: "What if we made basketball less interesting and dumbed it down for the physically inferior women, who after all can't play real sports like men?" And thus netball was born. And somehow people actually play it. This "sport" is the most sexist thing I've seen in, sadly, not that long a period of time. We live in shitty times. I'm surprised there aren't rules about having to stop to fix your makeup up to look pretty every five minutes or about maintaining proper ladylike behavior. This abomination makes me want to wash my hands. Just stop pretending women aren't good enough and play basketball. We're in the future, women don't have to wear corsets anymore.
