Happy new year to all of the USA and all over the world. And please be safe out there. If you are going to drink too much beer and wine and alcohol.please have someone else drive you home. It is the best thing to do.

I lived in Cleveland since 1957 until the year 2022. And I moved to North Carolina. I need a change in my life. The cold weather was getting to me. I was getting sick a lot.

Lived in Cleveland for 7 years, by then Michael was doing The Resonators and his gig at WMMS in the afternoons but learned about his music and made it part of my personal soundtrack. #216forLife

The reason I love this song it’s because of the saxophone player. There will never another m.s.band. I am still hurting from when he passed away. ❤😊😅😮😢😂

I wish that I knew what love means. I don’t know what love is like anymore. I am having a hard time finding a woman to go out with. The problem is that I can’t drive. It’s because of the medication that I take. So that how love goes. I am 71 years old man.

The Lord uses the good ones, and the bad ones use the Lord. Tears 😢 miss this band so much. I was 10, but even then I knew we were living in a special time. Did anyone else see them at Blossom? We need those days again more than anything! 😔

MSB was always not only an "Ohio" band, with that same sentiment and being the heart of it all, but a CLEVELAND band, with all the hardworking ethics and that Midwest friendly humor, that many times, only Northern Coast Ohioans will "get" and instantly recognize and understand in a special "inside joke" kinda way...... One Love, to all my Music and Michael Stanley Band , and Ohio peoples out there. I don't live there now, but will always consider Ohio , particularly Northeastern Ohio, "home"

"Rosewood Bitters" was originally written and recorded by , of course, Cleveland musician Michael Stanley in 1973. Though it wasn't a major national hit, the song became a local favorite, resonating with fans in Northern Ohio due to its themes of nostalgia and the struggles of life. Joe Walsh, who is also from Northeast Ohio, appreciated the song's vibe and has performed it live, even adding his own guitar flair to it in some performances. Walsh later included it in his repertoire, helping spread its popularity beyond the Ohio area. IMHO , this song connects the two musicians through their shared Ohio roots and the mutual respect they had for each other’s work. Joe Walsh and Michael Stanley remained good friends, and Walsh’s involvement helped "Rosewood Bitters" become a lasting piece of Northern Ohio’s musical legacy. RiP. Michael "Gee" Stanley ... All us North Coast Ohioans miss you, and will never forget you, thank goodness we will ALWAYS HAVE the music .
