I remember not liking this movie but i don't really remember why i didn't like it i liked almost every movie back then even those that are considered bad like water world. i can now see its because of the bad pacing and random stuff happening. looks like they cut out a lot of scenes and started animating before they finished writing the story

I remember watching this and being so frustrated that this wouldn't ever be made. Still, to this day, it's wild how much this would have fit as a Rockman spin off ALA X/Legends. The concept, art, and music really paint a complete picture of what it could have been even for what is essentially a teaser FMV opening for a game from the late 90's/ early 2000's. Love this shit. Huge props to everyone responsible.
