wow.. I am thankful I found this channel by researching on chat gpt :) I hope you guys can also do alot of slangs used in current society and so that learners like me can pick it up easily (it would be great if it includes most frequently used phrases in daily office/ home environment etc) I am sure once learners memorizes this and be able to say it.. it will be matter of time to be fluent. compared to keep going back to books and stuff

Quand disant je parle français ou je parle anglais. Non article pourquoi ? Comme je parle le français ou je parle l'anglais
@coffeebreakfrenchofficialАй бұрын
C'est une bonne question. Dans les deux cas, on traduit par "I speak French." The two sentences are correct, and the nuance between the two lies in the fact that "je parle français" (here, "français" is an adverbial complement) is more suitable for everyday conversation to indicate that you speak French. "Je parle le français" ("le français" here is used as a noun) is used for emphasis, contrast, or when treating French as a subject of discussion. 😊

@ Appreciate the feedback. I think your resources and style of teaching are excellent. I made a lot of progress building on the French I learned at school years ago by working through Season 3. I returned to season 2 as I wanted to assess the progress made by revisiting some episodes I had seen earlier but did not understand. While I was much much better in listening this time round, I still struggled and was trying to understand why. Thank you for putting these lessons on KZbin. I am always referring your channel to other language learners. And your feedback is particularly admirable and appreciated.

When you say quelque chose + adj, it’s followed by “de”. 7:08. Quelque chose de + adjective eg quelque chose intéressant (something interesting) Tu t’appelle deja? Deja in this context means again as in “what’s your name again” Avoir du mal (a faire quelque chose) = to have difficulty to do something

The book by Yuriy Ivantsiv “ Polyglot Notes. Practical Tips for Learning Foreign Language” had a profound impact on me, opening new horizons of understanding the diversity of languages and cultures. The author's ideas that learning foreign languages not only broadens one's horizons but also contributes to spiritual development became a real revelation for me. I realized that every language is not just a system of signs, but a whole world with its history, traditions and way of life. Thanks to this book, I learned to see language learning as a path to self-discovery and a deeper understanding of others, which in turn enriched my worldview. Inspired by Ivanciv's approach, I became more conscious of my learning, integrating the author's practical advice into my daily life. This opened up opportunities for me not only to improve my language skills, but also to develop a personal philosophy based on mutual understanding and empathy. Immersing myself in languages has allowed me to see the world from different angles and realize the importance of cultural exchange, which has been the foundation for my spiritual growth. Reading this book and applying its advice has helped me to become a more open and tolerant person who seeks harmony in my relationships with others.

Ce livre a l'air très intéressant ! C'est vrai que lorsqu'on apprend des langues, on apprend aussi sur des cultures différentes, ce qui est très intéressant et ouvre de nouvelles perspectives. 😊
