No. The rule is you can't touch the net or make physical contact with the other side of the court. You can go over the net with your arms/racket as long as you don't touch the net and your racket doesn't end up touching the opponent's court.

I loved Venus’ look and play here at the ‘19 Aus Open. She played well all things considered at this tournament but unfortunately made some crucial mistakes and was missing a bit of energy against Halep in the 3rd round.

That long look from Serena at Strycova at handshake lol. I remember Strycova was doing some of her normal antics at times in this match and annoying the sisters. But that also could’ve been delayed Serena reaction to the Venus/Strycova handshake the year earlier 😆
